Shipping,Returns, and Refunds Policy
Return Policy: We do not offer refunds for opened products, as we are a small business and cannot restock and resell them. You may return any item to poth within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping. Please include a slip with your name and order number inside your return parcel to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Refund: You do not need to notify us before initiating a return. Just ship it to the return address below and include a slip with your name and order number inside the return parcel. We recommend that you track your package because if your package does not arrive, you will not receive a refund.

Lost or Stolen Items: We do not offer insurance or refunds for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend opening a case with the carrier and contacting local law enforcement and your insurance company.
Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address, we will not reship your package.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@pothskin.com.
