Return Policy: We are proud to have a return/refund rate below 1%, so we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return or refund it.

Lost or Stolen Items: All of our orders come with insurance provided by the shipping carrier, usually up to $100 of value.
Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address, we will not reship your package.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@pothskin.com.
